Before founding UniGenZ, he spent 15 years with ALLEN Career Institute, including approximately a decade building and leading ALLEN Global Studies Division — a premium international-education and admissions operation.

As Founding Head, he helped shape the division's strategy, operating model, academic systems and student journey, leading an approximately 60-member multidisciplinary team and building structured processes for career alignment, profile development, university selection, applications, scholarships and interviews.

Sachin's study-abroad experience is not limited to counselling individual applicants. A defining part of his career was building the organisation, teams and systems behind large-scale international-education delivery.

At ALLEN Career Institute, he was closely involved in conceptualising, establishing and scaling ALLEN Global Studies Division into an eight-city international-education and admissions operation.
